About

“Wireless” is a must! It is generally acknowledged that a person in a modern daily life must carry at least a wireless device.

With passionate interest in wireless techniques, RF System Integration Laboratory is dedicated to research activities for development of high-frequency integrated circuit design and system integration using the advanced semiconductor technology. Topics include fully integrated RF CMOS system-on-chip (SoC), system-in-package (SiP), low-power circuit, signal integrity, and so on. Applications cover emergent wireless communications, THz imaging systems, radar sensors, bio-sensor networks, reconfigurable radio systems, etc. Efforts extend to several collaborated research laboratories through jointed research programs. Strong relationship with industrial affiliations gives a guideline and vision of successful mobile solutions.

It is our commitment to provide creative engineering training. With plenty of various supports from the Department, the University and the industry, each individual enjoys the well-established design environment and high-frequency characterization facility. As a team, we share great joy and success!
